Bi Your Side: Meeting the needs of bi staff in the workplace

At Stonewall, we strive to provide support for lesbian, gay, bi, trans, queer, questioning and ace (LGBTQ+) people in the workplace.

We’ve come a long way, but there is still further to go to ensure all LGBTQ+ people can thrive at work. In particular, bi people can encounter struggles unique to their identity, issues that are often underrepresented within conversations about the wider LGBTQ+ community.

As well as experiencing high levels of discrimination in everyday life and poor outcomes in other areas like health, bi people face distinct challenges in the workplace....
